It is important for anyone embarking on a course of treatment or therapy, that can be life changing. To know that it is affordable in order to maintain continuity of their treatment.

All of the therapists and practitioners who are offering their professional services on the  PTSDhelp  directory. Provide professional services on a national fixed fee agreement of

£40.00

Per individual  therapy session

to a minimem  of six individual treatment or therapy sessions.

Continued treatment fees will be by arrangement between the client and therapist .

One of the most frequently asked  questions is

“Why should I have to pay for my treatment “

The  treatment or therapy must have a value to both the client and the therapist. None of the therapists receive any form of financial support for treating our service men and women and work independently within their chosen discipline. Consequently they will have the normal life expenses we all incur. It is also important that they are independent to maintain client confidentiality  and to remove themselves from any reporting  obligations which can have career, promotion and pension implications to those  seeking help who may still be serving

More importantly when you pay for your own treatment several things happen.

   * You become actively involved in the curative process.

   * You put value into yourself .

   * You take a conscious decision to make a change in your life.

Once that decision has been made almost anything can happen.
