Treatments such as hypnotherapy and NLP, are non invasive therapies which can be highly beneficial in the treatment of PTSD symptoms. While Physical therapy such as acupuncture or reflexology have been proven to be very effective in relieving the pain and discomfort of injuries which can also be contributory to PTSD.
